Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit equal to half of the puppy's purchase price is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits show serious commitment and help us hold your chosen puppy for your family.
If a buyer decides they no longer want their selected puppy, the deposit may be transferred to a future litter at the discretion of B.A. Kennels, but it will not be refunded.
Pricing & Final Payment
All puppies are priced at $1,200 unless otherwise stated.
Final payment must be completed before the puppy leaves B.A. Kennels.
Ear Cropping & Tail Docking
Ear cropping and tail docking are optional procedures requested at the buyer's discretion.
If the buyer chooses to have ear cropping completed through B.A. Kennels prior to pickup, the puppy deposit along with the full cost of the procedure will be due before the puppy is scheduled for the procedure.
If the buyer chooses to arrange ear cropping independently after pickup, only the puppy deposit and any applicable tail docking fees are required initially. The remaining balance for the puppy must still be paid in full before pickup.
Buyer Acknowledgment
By placing a deposit and/or signing a purchase agreement, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that B.A. Kennels is not financially responsible for costs, losses, scheduling conflicts, or decisions made by the buyer after services or procedures have been requested or scheduled.
